Hailing from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Sonya Drake ’26 is an American studies major and art history minor at Wesleyan University.
Sonya is interested in all things pop culture and entertainment. On campus, she serves as the head editor of the independent student blog Wesleying. She is also the event coordinator for the university’s recently-founded Marketing Club and a performer with the Hysterics, Wesleyan’s stand-up comedy group for women.
Sonya hopes to go into marketing after graduation, with a particular interest in the entertainment and hospitality industries.
